SCAN TO FOLDER - C75 to MAC OS X
Hello, We need help setting up scanning to a folder from the C75 to a Mac server, or even a Workstation Mac. We've tried calling and haven't gotten the help needed. Somebody please help! Jonade

Step-by step is really not a thing we have, it would imply that all scenarios are alike, And in the case of Apple, that is near impossible since they now disable FTP by default, try and force sFTP on...

Try Use Passive FTP Mode (PASV) in the FTP setup Mac side.Odd to get a write failure though, that implies the username is the issue but you can write to it manually.

The M24 has no encryption capability, essentially it cannot scan if SSL/TLS or STARTLS is a requirement. Your best bet is to use something like smtp2go.com or stunnel.org to relay the info.
