We have a newly installed copier/scanner. At first scan to network folder and email was working perfectly and really quickly. Now scanning to network folder is hit and miss. I've scanned two set of B+W paper today (~100 pages) and both are now stuck in the jobs queue with status of "formatting" and "waiting to transfer" and never arrived to our network scans folder.
Also I am getting disk overwrite failed messages (2 in the last week) which requests "perfrom immediate disk overwrite"
All help appreciated.
