Joe,I appreciate your response. I should have been more accurate. What I am wanting is only on copies, any user to come up to the MFP, and not have to put in a user ID. Only an 4 digit account code...

127.0.0.1 isn't an actual IP address, it is a loopback address, you are telling the printer to scan to itself, not your FTP server, use the right IP. (Start > CMD > ipconfig)
