I am using the scanning function on the Versalink c405. One day it was fine, the next day the app is giving me an error message about a paper jam in the scanner. I cannot clear the error message. There is no jam on the scanner. Neither glass nor document feeder scanning are working. My warranty has expired because the machine was purchased 18 months ago. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Exactly same, with macOS 10.14.6 scanner (WC 6515) stopped responding, with another Mac running macOS 10.4.5 works fine.

Hello all,
I have a Xerox C550 with built in Fiery. I am trying to set up the scanning to my laptop from the scanner. However, I am unable to do so at the moment.
On the printer itself, it has 5 locations that it can scan to (set up by the previous owners), but when I go into the CWIS, I cannot see them 5 locations anywhere.
As well as this, on one part (when I enter the IP address in the web browser and go to Scan Settings, it is asking for 'SMB Path', 'Username' and 'Password'. I have tried a few different combinations for the SMB Path (laptop IP address, computer name etc, but it keeps coming back with 'The SMB destination is not in the correct format'.
Can anyone help?

I just add a Xerox C8035 printer on a computer,print test page failed.
I already add new user in Device User Database in Web server
Here are some pictures of Properties that I checked them ,they are the same with printer can print successfuly.
But print a test page,it displays failed.
Do I need to install the driver one more time ?

my client is using LDAP addressbook search when scanning to email but he wants to easily add LDAP searched email address to local addresbook on machine. How it can be done?
When you touch LDAP searched email address you only can remove it from to: field or change it to cc: or bcc:. There are no button to add to local addressbook.

I'm not the IT guy at work, I'm just security but our position backfilled IT and so the employees keep coming to me to solve things. So far this one has been beyond me.
We found out the main cause of a scan to email issue was an email account password change, when that was corrected it started throwing 016-764 errors.
In connections with all the settings as they currently are, testing the connection comes back as working. Actually attempting to scan to email however gets the fault code every time and I am at a loss for what needs to be changed to fix it.
Google and youtube have both been extremely unhelpful
