Print faxes only at the end of transmission
I am currently dealing with a third party who has an issue with receiving faxes from us (same faxes was being printed multiple times). The recipient has a Xerox 5330. Hence, is it possible for this printer to print faxes only at the end of transmission? And what is the default behavior of this printer series?

Is there a Memory receive option (The fax prints after the entire transmission has been received.) in the 5330 machine?

i have the same problem... It's a second hand machine and every things was ok , since a few month ago I can't able to scan a document with my gmail account.
I tried to setup a new nntp server (only the smart e solution was never configured) but it doesn't work...
Do you have any idea ?

Yes I would recommend uninstalling the printer on that computer and reinstalling with the Xerox Driver you can find HERE.

Does this issue only happen when the fax is sent from you? The owner of the device should contact Xerox at 1-800-821-2797 to troubleshoot this issue with one of our Support Reps.

There are only two modes:
Fax Receiving Mode: Touch Auto Receive or Manual Receive to set the default fax receiving mode that appears when you press the Machine Status button.

Problem when scanning multiple pages with Workcenter 3225
Hi,
If I scan multiple pages with the Xerox Scan assistant the application crashes when I try to scan the second page.
I use the last Xerox_WorkCentre_3225_v1.06.01 software to manage my Workcenter 3225 device on my macos Mojave and my Macbook pro 2019.

Scans unreadable on Versalink C405 with MacOS 10.14.6
I have the latest MacBook Pro with Mojave 10.14.6., connected directly by ethernet cable to my Versalink C405. When I try and scan it appears to work normally but the resulting pdf file is undreadable. It worked fine just a few weeks ago so I am guessing it may be to do with 10.14.6 upgrade.
Can I fix it or should I updgrade to MacOS Catalina...or will that be worse?

i am getting a thick black line across my copies ONLY when my originals go through the feeder. i have cleaned everything i could...and the thick black lines are still there. HELP

Hi,
First, what printer do you have.
If the copy from platen looks good without any line, insist to clean very well the CVT glass (the little one).
If the line appear also on print means one of the drum cartridges are affected and must be replaced.

Try to make copies, one from DADF and one from the platen, How looks the copy? If the copy is good it looks like the upgrade is the issue.
