Updating our firmware on the 5955 fixed the problem on that copier. We didn't get a chance to try the other two models yet but I would presume this will fix those copiers also.

I have had the same issue, which started happening from time to time and was able to clear it up by rebooting the printer. That stopped helping a week ago so ordered a new 3215 thinking that the old one was bad. Just uninstalled the old Xerox printer software and installed with the new disc. Still won't work. I am running Windows 10 Pro. I guess I will try again with a personal laptop running Windows 10 (non-Pro).
Trouble Scanning To A PC On Network Using Xerox 6515
Anyone got any tips on setting up a Xerox 6515 so each of the PC can see it an control the scanner from there PC's?
Where can you find the number that a fax was sent to, other than printing a fax activity report?
Updated: I contacted Xerox technical support. Turns out Microsoft did an update #1803 in early May, 2018 which somehow broke the ability to use the scanner via USB cable if your computer is using Windows 10. Xerox worked with Microsoft to create a patch called win10_rs4_patch_220618 which Xerox technical support can send you. Don't know why they don't put it on their website as a download. For some reason the tech guy couldn't get the email with the zipped patch file to come through my email (both work and yahoo.com versions), so he finally emailed me a link to a WeTransfer site, which worked. I had the problem with my work laptop using Windows 10 Pro. My personal laptop using Windows 10 Home still works with the scanner, but I am not sure if it is just because I use my personal laptop infrequently and maybe it has not yet downloaded the MS #1803 update yet. In any case, the glitch only affected USB connection, and I was able to make the scanner work using WiFi connection even without the patch.

I am wondering to buy a personal MFP Laser Mono. By Xerox products, I'd hesitate betweend 3225 and 3335. Price is better with 3225 but scan seems to be better with 3335. I use MacOS, Ubuntu & Windows solutions.
I am interesting in scan solutions since I don't want to use software.. I want scan to PC but proper network solutions like AFP, NFS, SMB network shares onto HDD inside MFP, or to an USB key plugged to the MFP or directly to network shares. (Best would be to have all these possibilities). I know there is also scan to email. In fact i'd like to see configuration settings screen to have an idea about scan potential.
I used by the past Ricoh, Canon & Toshiba MFP products so I know much about hi-end network settings

Wondering if someone can assist me.
I want to scan from my D125 printer to my PC’s (all Win10 64 bit) using twain scanning, scanning directly into Adobe etc..
Firstly, would you be able to check if twain scanning is supported on the D-series and/or Win 10 64bit, and if so, could you perhaps assist with documentation to setup and configure it (start to finish, printer and user Pc’s).

These does happen on a number of occasions. I was standing there copying my documents then someone sent a document to be printed to the copier and it interruped my copying. I did not hit interrupt, i did nothing. I have been looking all over the place trying to find how to set the print priority so that does not happen again. So not to be mean Joe but .......
Actually for me the error 018-763: char convert error in SMB was an SMB authentication issue. I discovered that when I edit the record to correct the path I have to enter the password again. I'm just using port 139 which was the default. Now it works for me, but the other posted solutions did not. I'm working with a Versalink C405 and Versalink C605.
