I do generally scan to PDF. I regularly empty the scan folder on my computer; are you saying that there's a scan folder on the printer itself that has to be emptied separately? If so, how would I find it?

There is not a printer folder. Not sure of your issue, assuming no OS upgrade on the PC, and no faults on the PC about low disk space the only thing left would be user rights if it is network scan....

PDF should not be doing single pages, that would imply you have it set to JPG or TIFF
