Joe, I tried this: As you can see, I get a string of numbers and letters after typing "nethelperapp.exe, but adding -setengif_ics does not do anything.

Please copy/paste the command into the command prompt.If it does not work, or works but does not resolve the issue then there is no more to be done.Call Xerox and have the Fiery reloaded.
