Hi CGP,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am not sure I have enough information to help but if you are using a DocuColor 252 with the Fiery and are using SMB please look at this solution and make sure you are following all the steps to set up the template.  If you are using a different configuration of the machine then please go to the support page for your configuration and search on "scan template" for information.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
