Curently I can create a .csv file and import it to define all the scan to email profiles
Is there a way to do this for workflow scanning? So I could create a list of all the users and import the list rather than build/maintain one at a time on the web console. Using a 7845 MFP

I see your gateway is just 192.168.1.1, but your DNS is 192.168.1.10, odd , but not impossible.
I would suggest though,disabling Obtain DNS Server address Automatically and then setting the secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8

That is exactly what it is and it has been a feature for about 8 years.
But..., Officially speaking it is only to be used on same device model, same firmware, and it can be used to copy corruption from one to another. It can bring over color settings to a BW machine etc etc. So if you use them, and things go poorly, you need to wipe the device.
Having said that, I routinely do so and don't have issues in a very high percentage of uses. The big thing is that if you call Xerox and have an issue they have not seen, there is a good chance they will altboot your device (Complete Wipe) and won't do much troubleshooting at all until it is set up manually.
In our case we had to turn off IPV6 and change the DNS to office365.com

You are asking for a Firmware that is 3 years old, won't work in Windows 10 for scan and is 10 releases behind the latest, you would need to call Xerox and have a technician dispatched to load it and source it (Xerox does not keep a public archive of firmware that was replaced for faults)
The latest version for your 57XX device is 061.132.227.07000 but due to Xerox.com being down still, it can't be obtained right now.
