You might want to try maybe listing a specific model of scanner/printer.Or just switch to FTP if you know they haven't updated the model for SMBv2 or SMBv3

If it thinks something is on the glass, the ADF won't feed.So in short, clean the glass and make sure the backing pad isn't damaged/dirty either

Hi,First check the DADF hinges to see if they are not broken. AN broken hinge make the DADF to not actuate the DADF presence sensor.Also check the sensor in the picture bellow to be in position.
