workcentre 5335 won't recieve faxes.

This machine is no longer receiving faxes. User states that it is busy. Is there a configuration setting I need to change?

Remote Station showing Channel-13 Instead of Fax Number

Call its fax number and confirm the busy signal.Unplug the fax line and call it again, if still busy the machine is not the issue.If not busy, how long after the printer is plugged back into the line...
