Workflow scanning issue on WC 5845/7530

Hi folks

 

I know there's quite a few posts already on workflow scanning, but this one is a little different. I seem to have an issue when it comes to setting up workflow scanning on one of our WC5845. We set up the share on our VNX, created an account with full rights to the share. Also set up the IP, the port, but when I go to do a scan, it gives me a log in failure set user/password or setups.

Now the funny thing is, it works on our Phaser 3635. I put the exact same settings and it works. Bare in mind all of these printers are on the same network. I thought it was the SMB port that was the issue, but I've tested with both port numbers; 139, and 445 on our p3635 and it works.

I did notice from my Centerware web portal, when I go on the WC5845 interface and do a test to check the workflow settings, it says invalid username and password.

My question is, what can be wrong. Why does it work flawlessly on our phaser but not on our 5845 nor our 7530.

The system software version on our 5845 is 071.190.034.06000
