Finally I found the solution of this problem after searching on Google for a long time, please see it below:
- Log in with the Admin Account, and create a Text file and copy this Code & paste it in the Text file: (runas /savecred /user:administrator "%SYSTEMDRIVE%\Program Files\Xerox\NetworkScan\NSCSysUI_XEROX.exe"), and save it, then change the Extension of the file from ".txt" to ".bat".
- Copy the Shortcut to this path (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup).
- Log in with the Account of the employee, then enter the Admin PW in the Command Prompt which appears & press enter, and you will do it one time only in each User Account "the wizard like in the below photo"
now you finished & the Scanner program will start automatically when the Windows Start-up.
