We have our Workcentre 7545 set so users can select a scan template set up for them that sends the scans to a network-based subfolder named after them (e.g. \\serverX\accounting\john). We would like new employees to be able to easily create their own folder within the departmental folder we have created. Is there a way, either through our present templates or by other means, to do this that also doesn't require each user to logon to the 7545 each time they want to scan?
Basically my boss doesn't want the IT department to have to be involved each time a new employee is hired who needs to scan to a network-based, employee-specific folder.
