WC 7545 Scan/Email Chaning User Authentication

Model: Xerox WC 7545

Hello, I have a 7545 that requires users (during email scan) to authenticate Domain\User > Enter password. I was hoping I could get some help understanding/changing this to just User > Enter Password for ease of use.
