It looks like your file path has a formatting issue: You cannot start the path with a special character, such as a / - you’ll need to start the file path with the subfolder beneath the shared directory. It should read something like this:
IP Address and Port: Server address
Share: Common
Document Path: Scans
Login Name: login username
Password: account password
Retype password: same as above
