The default template is from the copier, and it points at the default File repository (until you tell it otherwise)
016-577 is for when you tell it to FTP into something that has no FTP service running.
You cannot disable the FTP service on the Fiery NIC2 for the bustled/Integrated Fiery, but on the EX Fiery (That runs Windows) you definitely can disable FTP, and you can also simply turn on Windows Firewall. Both will cause what you see here.
But so will the listed settings being changed, although it appears you have fixed that (if it were worng)
