Re: Fiery templates not showing on UI

What you are describing is what happens when someone sets the IP of the printer as static (It should be DHCP/A)

Or, they change the default File repository and Template pool in CWIS to be not the original default (which is its connection to the Fiery NIC)

File repo here at CWIS >  Properties > Services > Network Scanning File Repository Setup

This must be exactly the following

Same goes for this, it must be identical

After fixing, a reboot is needed of both the copier and Fiery

Password for those settings is fX7eWp1a7e (case sensitive)
