I use XW3345 in my home and official local xerox support team recommended to use Wifi instead of standard USB for print and scan services. But they were not able to setup.
Although, I preffer to use simple USB connection, what is working just fine, I managed to setup Wifi printing self-help. But I am not doing well with network scanning.
I would like to ask you to check my printer configuration details. After I scan the document I got error report, status: Connection to the server has failed. What is the problem?
