CWIS is the web page within the machine, it is the way you configure pretty much everything it can do.
SNMP is the protocol it uses to announce itself on the network, and in turn, how the program identifies it
SNMP should be enabled like it is here
And just to test I downloaded and installed it on a Windows 10x64 PC just fine from Xerox.com as seen here:
