I am the admin in my office and have been dealing with our colorqube going down constantly. I am able to download a network log file, but is there a way to download the fault log? I asked the Xerox tech, who stated he doesn't know. Searching online is proving fruitless. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Long story short I am meeting with our xerox rep next week and would like to provide a list of errors and problems we have been experiencing. The fault log, when viewed on the colorqubes display, has a long list of errors. Is there any way to capture that data??
