Thanks for the info Joe. I tried using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro File > Create > PDF from Scanner > Custom Scan but it will only use the flatbed and I don't see an option for the doc feeder. Is this a TWAIN driver issue? I have not tried NAPS2 (since the user is very busy and I have to schedule time with them). Will also try Nitro's free Primo PDF to see if that works. SO what is the Official Xerox method for scanning using the doc feeder? Do you have some program I can install to do this? I mean, it's your product. Shouldn't Xerox have its own recommended scanning software? Will let you know what I find after I try these other things. -Rich in CLE OH
