One Touch Service scan limit of 10

Hello everyone,

I'm working with WorkCenter 7835 and trying to setup one touch scanning for the office users from the home screen.

Once I reached the 11th user I get an error that I can create One Touch buttons up to 10 users. (Services > WorkFlow Scanning > Single Touch)

why would there be such limit for a machine designed for office use?

is there a way to override this through licensing or other way? 

I find this limit pretty odd.

is this the same on all WorkCenter machines? 

I'm aware the users can still scan via Workflow button and scroll down to their name but this is kinda lame and require many presses.

I really don't get the thinking behind this limit.
