Probably not related, the fault is , in english "ADF paper jam due to incorrect paper size- Too long"
In plainer english, paper fed through ADF was too big to read, which happens when the paper is 18 or more inches wide.
I would guess it was in actuality just a misfeed, and to a job unrelated to the email in question.
Assuming it was not a misfeed, and it was in fact caused by that email, I would further have to assume the MFP totally pooched the PS coding to create the pdf file, broke the header information, and in turn caused the printer to fault file verification during the sending. But that is an entire shot-in-the dark theoretical, no way to prove it.
To get a full, analytical explanation you would need to call Xerox, Get to 2nd level, have them collect the machine logs ASAP and submit those to Discovery, which would then get forwarded to Engineering to tear apart the logs and find out what happened. This would be a slow process, especially where the issue appears to have been a one-off.
