thanks for the reply, apologies for not leaving model number was clearly having a bad day yesterday.
Will create a new folder now as work around, was corruption caused because of the amount of documents in there?
Model is a workcentre 7835
I will look into troubleshooting and software reset now, how can I access via browser, I am already using ie to access the printer and view folders from scan as it is!
