Since you are a Xerox customer and have now informed me of your location, I was able to research and find the the following site which has the appropriate 255z product support knowledgebase and downloads from your local Xerox support teams in Australia.

I was surprised that this FujiXerox Australia Support & Drivers site wasn't directly linked by selecting the map icon or contact link in the Support & Drivers page header and we have notified the webmaster of that. So you may wish to consider making this a favorite or bookmark for now.
With this link you should be able to search the knowledge base of topics and solutions as well as download drivers and documentation. The are Xerox devices that have the ability to create scan templates and program specific features onto console buttons. This site contains a Contact Us link which would also be where you may be able to submit a feature request for a feature already being used elswhere.
