Hi quitaiskiluisf,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you have the latest firmware loaded on your machine.  The firmware version 01.00.23 includes a change in the default TIFF type for scanning to TTN2.  This may help with the problem you are seeing .  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
