wc 7855 fax key is grayed out, no config link in properties

Hello...

MY WC 7855 fax key is grayed out.  Logon to my WorkCenter 7855,

and in the properties, there is no configuration link in the list.  The other 3 fax options are there but the Embedded one.  Suggestion?
