I have a wc7120 that has an unusual problem. When you make a copy off the glass of a 8.5x14 or 11x17 you get a severe rainbow effect at the bottom right corner of the copy. If you copy from the DADF the copies are fine. I have reseated the ribbon cable, cleaned the optics and upgraded firmware with no change. Any suggestions?
