Hello,
I have some clients with windows 8 and, only for these, the scan to smb directory does not work. My 7545 successfully writes temporary folder and file (with 0kb dimension) but the scan fails.
I contacted the support, they upgraded the firmware but no luck!
I have this firmware:

Is there any solution? If support does not give me a solution, what I have to do??
Plase note that since a simple hp scan is able to send files with the same login info (path, username, password, ecc) it's not possible that it is a configuration issue.
