Dear Madam or Sir,
I am developing an application that interacts to Documate 4799 using Twain.
After starting scanning from my GUI, I press the STOP button in the scanner(green one).
Last two scannings show as empty, but most important, it stops immediately, leaving pages inside.
Then if I start scanning again, it reports PAPER JAM.
How could I interact with the scanner so when STOP button is pressed the user does not have to potentially clean PAPER JAMS and continue scanning?
pd: I tried the same with OneTouch 4.6, being able to archieve paper jams most of the times.
I have read in the manuals it should be compatible with Twain 1.9. I can tell that when sending the triplet:
- DG_CONTROL/DAT_PENDINGXFERS/STOPFEEDER
It says not implemented. Which one should I use instead to be able to pause and resume the scanning process using TWAIN from the computer?

we’re having issues with scan to e-mail function and a new C60 with firmware 60.30.51.
Smtp server requires SSL/TLS and port 465 and a specific smtp account in order to send e-mails but when we try to use it, it gives error code 027-779:It attestation fails by SMTP-A.
To what setting does this code refer to?

I am trying to connect to my Scanner through WIA 2.0 dll from Visual Studio.
When running:
- devices = WIAScanner.GetDevices().ToList();
devices has no element, whereas the Documate4799 is connected and switched on.
What can be the reason for it and what should I do in order to be able to use the WIA Microsoft Windows Image Acquisition Library v2.0?

If you have all the updates and are still having the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. If you have loaded the newest drivers from last week and the latest firmware from April 2019 you may need to try a different method of scanning for instance TWAIN. Alternately you can contact your local support centre for additional assistance.
We have network in our office and everything was fine untill the moment when our switch go down. And when we change the switch, network scanning stop working. We have printer with Fiery controller and printing is OK, but when we trying to scan, we have 5 beeps 5 times. Set up was thru SMB protocol and network settings thru broser showing that all settings is OK, but still 5 beeps, I`m changing the connection thru FTP to nework folder, but still 5 beeps. Try change different folders on different PC`s in our net, different users, different settings but problems still present.
Can someone tell me where my problem is and how can I resolve it, please?

Just after upgrading firmware to 654201, we have a error only when we make 2-sides scan or copy (code error 065-225)
We try to put older firmware, same result

Try to perform Reset to factory: Device app>Resets>Reset to Factory Defaults.
If this did not help you must replace the DADF.

Thanks for this. The Workcentre 7855 seems to be different and does not have the TLS Encryption section within Security. See below:
The firmware is 073.040.075.34540, which is the latest. So why can't I see the TLS Encyption section?

I have had a Xerox tech out to my location and the latest drivers and firmware have been installed on the Workcentre 6515. It seems this is an issue with Xerox and iOS Mohave since the printer utility works on my other computer using an older OS.
I have a work around for scanning, but not happy with this new machine. I would not recommend this unit to any of my associates.

then power the machine back on

I powerd it on and off again and again but it keeps giving me this error
