Enable HTTPS on the device, you don't want passwords in plaintext so Xerox does not allow it when the page is not secure.

Drum is for copy/print, it is not a part of scanning.If you cleaned the glass and it happens on the platten as well as the ADF then you would require a technician because the CVT is bad.

It has no such feature. You have the choice of it answering immediately or manually. It is not designed to share a phone line, I don't think Xerox makes any machines that still do that.
