Re: Workflow scanning issue on WC 5845/7530

Hi FL3X,
Thank you for using the Xerox forum.

 

If the date/time are not setup on the printer correctly, the mismatch can cause no scanning.
Look for that setting on your printer and verify that it is correct.

 

I would suggest that you then look at the Xerox support page for 5845 review those solutions.

You can see many possible solutions and it would be good to know which were performed if the time setting is not your problem.
