the given instructions do not match the menu of our machine at all.
I do not know how I should feel about the fact that you are trying to sell us training or consulting services as a replacement for proper documentation.
Don't you think that a machine in that price range should come with adequate documentation?
We already had the pleasure of dealing with a "certified" xerox technician on-site, who flat out said that what we want to do is either not possible at all or not possible because we use Windows 2012 on our servers.
In the end he could not make up his mind.
How do we solve this issue?
