Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please look at the password protection and make sure it is set to disabled. To do this follow these instructions:
- From a computer, open an Internet browser window.
- Enter the IP address of the printer in the Address field, and then press [Enter] on the keyboard. The CentreWare Internet Services window will be displayed.
- Select the Properties tab.
- Select Workflow Scanning
- Select Default Template
- Select the Edit button in the Filing Options box.
- Check the Password Protection setting and make sure that nothing is chosen or that disabled is selected.
- Make sure to save the settings.
