On the user manual you linked to in your post there is no section titled "Software Section".
I am also located in Israel. There is practically no support available to me here. Following links on the website lead me only to a sales representative in Israel with no technical support. There is also no means to file a support request online through the Israel site. The North American representatives will not support me either because my serial number is from Israel.
So how am I supposed to get real support?
