We just migrated our email service over to Microsoft hosted Office 365. I'm trying to set up the Scan to Email function now that we have moved email services and I'm not having any luck. I can't figure out how to match up the settings for Office 365 Hosted Exchange with Microsoft to get the SMTP account to authenticate.
So then I tried setting up a gmail account and I got far enough that it started to work but I keep getting an Error Code 016-768 which is saying an invalid FROM address.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance from a slightly inexperienced IT user.
