Xerox doesn't provide email, you do.
Everything inside of the SMTP settings is up to you to provide. Just like you can't send an email if you don't have an email address, neither can anyone or anything else.
You can just create one, Gmail, Office365 etc.
In general, the big 2's settings are
smtp.gmail.com port 587 with STARTTLS
smtp.office365.com port 587 with STARTTLS
Note that picking STARTTLS (If Available) is never going to be the right choice.
Make sure the device time is correct to within 3 minutes of actual. And for email, the printer needs access to the internet, so your DNS must be set up, as does a proxy if the LAN requires it. We can't provide that information for you either.
You may also need to update your printers firmware.
