We are installing Versalink C4xx & B4xx devices and safeQ with our customer Tec de Monterrey, we use Secure Access to block the screen and the user must authenticate with their user name an password or swipe their card. Were also setting up the email scanning with office365 and we select the option auto add me when the users authenticate, but we have a problem with this option because the email send failure with code 027-779, the problem is with the auto add me option (but we require this option so the users don’t have to type their email address), because the email of the user that authenticates doesn´t authenticates with the office365, the authentication must be the default email of the device. The Connectkey devices have an option to avoid this (Always use default from address), selecting this option the connectkey devices work correctly. Is there an option to do this with Versalink devices or there is a SPAR or firmware update?? Waiting for your comments.
