I can't use scan to pc function on Docucentre-IV C3375

Other pc in the office can use it, some is win7 and win10 and I just set up the new win10 pc. I set up the scan acc like other but when I scan it always show error 018-755. I sure that the port is 445 and Im sure that the setting in the printer is find but Im not sure about the setting in the pc.
