I'm having issue with resetting counters on my Xerox 5445 scanner, I'm using Toshiba W10 home Laptop i5 8G Ram system with all updates installed with most recent Xerox drivers and scanner interface installed and uninstalled/ reinstalled and I could not connect Xerox user utility and could not recet counter ( see attached picture ), light is always blinking red on scanner itself, I can scan and generate PDFs with no issues but I don't this is normal.
As you can see counters above 5000 but all of them grayed out and I can not click on them, same thing happens even when I uninstall Xerox User utility ( i tried ver 3.1 and latest 3.2 ) / obviously I did multiple restarts of my system and tried different USB ports on my laptop to solve it but no luck ( an I'm not using any USB hubs)
Any solution to that issue?
