We purchased a used Xerox 7775 with the Proessional Finisher. We got a great deal, so I don't mind paying for service.
2 problems: the Document Feeder sometimes jams, not a real jam, just the paper stops, no ripping or curling, and sometimes it will pull 2 pages at once. An even bigger issue is sometimes it jams at the exit tray, like it's shooting the paper out too fast. an edge will curl down and catch the pervious sheet of paper then all hell breaks loose!
Since this is a used unit, I called Xerox and they said it was still registered as under service with some copier company in Alabama. (we are in CT).
What can I do?
any ideas on the jams ?
