Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you are following all the steps for setting up SMTP. You will want to make sure your TCP/IP settings are correct:
1. DNS
2. Subnet
3. Gateway
If you are using the hostname of the e-mail server - try the IP address of the SMTP server instead.
Also look at the information on the same code in this forum post, different machine but same solutions apply.
