I am trying to set up Workflow Scanning on a WorkCentre 5875. I have everything set up and it is working....but only if the document I am scanning is one page. If I try to scan two or more pages, a red box pops up on the WorkCentre screen that says "Deleted - Conflicting Job Settings - Invalid Path Specified." The report that prints out says "Failure transferring job to network server." Yet I can turn around and scan a single page to the same Workflow template and it completes successfully.
I came across a user with a similar issue, but his was resolved by upgrading his firmware. I looked, but don't see that a newer version is available for my machine.
I would be greatful for any suggestions.
