Hi Joe,

 

thank you for your reply. I have disabled "Scan to Mailbox". Then I have tested again the "Scan To USB" function with an incompatible USB flash drive.The document has been scanned and stored on the internal memory (default mailbox) again. I can see filename directly through the file browser on the printer, but not through Centreware Internet Services and scanning. No files are displayed in the printer's web portal. I thought the saving of documents in the standard mailbox would not be possible with the deactivation of "Scan to Mailbox". Seems to be still running.Crap.

When I view the capacity of the mailbox, about 1.57 GB of 27.5 GB are occupied.The immediate deletion of the files brings nothing. No change in capacity and files are still displayed in the printer.

 

I would like to know, how I can delete every stored file on that printer.
