The Xerox response was not helpful, I still don't know what to do.
I searched Xerox Support and Download for the Xerox Express Scan Manager (which I have on another PC). I then download to the new PC (Windows 10) I am using but when I download the files as instructed there are no "Install" or "Exe" files so I don't know what to do.
Xerox, please provide a link to the files for the Express Scan Manager and tell how to really get it installed and working. I can print, but not scan to the computer via the USB connection.
