Update the firmware, if you set it up properly it will work after updating, if you got it wrong it will not.
Easiest way to do the formatting is to test it by step in Windows via
Start > Run
Type \\192.168.1.145 and then hit Enter (Use your IP, not mine)
That will open an SMB connection to the server (right of screenshot) you are using, find the folder you want the scan to go to and put it (case sensitive) into the Path
Login ID and Password are obvious, Domain is yours or any generic.
