Finally i solved the network scan issue.
First i changed the settings so that Windows 10 could use SMB 1 cause for some reason my Workcentre 3045NI does not accept the port number 445 for SMB 2.
Then throught control panel -> advanced sharing settings, i turned on file and printer sharing. (With out this setting activated you get "connect error").
And finally i changed from Xerox's interface
1)The login name form MAIN-PC\Administrators to Main PC
(Dont copy the name of network path from the sharing tab, just use your pc's login name)
2) The name of shared directory from \Scans to Scans.
