Re: copier that you can set X and Y independently

My opinion is besides the point, I am graphically showing the "why" the manufacturers all seem to have eliminated the option.

I'm not Xerox and I don't make feature decisions, but I do work for Xerox. I don't know of any machines that do in fact do what you want, some old Konica Minoltas did, but the newer ones at my wife's office don't do it either, my mother in law has a Brother that doesn't do it, I have no experience with Canon at all.

 

Looks like Sharp has dropped it as well, at least they don't list it on anything in the lineup here.
